This dashboard is built from interventions logged by staff in JoyConnect. Staff use the intervention impact calculator in the activity tab to record which patients they supported, which service they were supported by, when the support started, when it ended, who referred the patient, the patient’s registered GP surgery, the patient’s needs and the final status.

Joy then uses this information to create the underlying referral and case records. Once the case is discharged, JoyBroker can calculate before-and-after outcomes such as GP appointment change, A&E attendance change and MED3 / fit note change.
